CSS embraces the “it takes a village” mentality. To best serve our customers, we use a team approach to account management. Our Team Leads are project management-oriented, and have a deep understanding of our business and clientele. Because of this, they are able to coordinate clinical, IT, and business resources as needed to support our customers’ needs. Working as a group, rather than as individuals, allows us to respond quickly and effectively to our customers. Having access to and relationships with multiple CSS resources keeps our customers in the know, and allows them to feel comfortable and confident that their programs are succeeding.
